Hot Summer Ombre

Another quick post, I've still been super busy the the posts have been slim to none. Anyways, Summer is just around the corner & I'm on a neon fling, I've been panting my nails a different neon color every few days & today I saw some nail stickers in a hot pink & orange fade & I went crazy over them. They applied very easy & they make me smile when I look at my hot summer nails!

Spring Color Swatches

I'm trying to make a comeback here, life has been very busy with many changes & getting around to blogging has fallen on the back burner. I haven't even been painting my nails much, it's been odd & a little sad, but when you have big projects on the line such as remodeling a home to sell, moving into a rental, taking real estate agent classes & tying things up to quit your current job, nail painting doesn't seem quite as important.

Anyhow, with spring already here & so many gorgeous spring colors dancing around in my head, I had to take time to paint.

Inspiration

I guess with the home remodel I have paint swatches on my brain & I wanted my nails to look like I was trying to pick the right color to go with, so I swiped some random "test swatches".

Feeling simplistic today...

Starting the year out with a very simple polka dotted Mani. This new year is full of new plans & projects, so I will be quite busy & probably a little scarce in the first quarter. You will see an occasional post, but probably not as frequent. That being said, one of the new plans this year is to have a baby, yay! So in my web searches I find myself drawn to all things baby & found this really cute little dress that made me smile & I thought how pretty those colors looked together...voila, polka dot nail inspiration! the only difference is I reversed the colors.
