Some pretty, purple roses to make you smile on a wet spring day!

Not much explanation needed here, just wanted to paint some roses, so I did...ENJOY!

31DC2013 day 15: Delicate

So I'm cutting this really close, been busy working all day & when I finally sat down I had a bit of "writers" block. I actually did a couple designs I wasn't happy with, I'm still unsure of the one I finally settled on. It looked really pretty in person & then I couldn't get a good picture of it. I'm still in the process of getting a really nice camera & lighting set so that hopefully I can start taking better pictures, until then I'm using my iPhone 5 that can be finicky at times.

Anyhow, here is my delicate white butterfly design:

Exactly what it sounds like, I used a white base & brushed some paint around at random for a pretty violet explosion!

Where in the World Challenge: Singapore

#17 Singapore: One of the largest bird parks is in Singapore, Jurong Bird Park, so my manicure today is inspired by one of my favorite birds...PEACOCKS!

I used W7 Metallic Venus, which is one in a beautiful collection of duo-chrome polishes, the color changes from purple to blue in different lighting, very pretty & perfect for a peacock mani. As usual, acrylic paints were used for the detail.
