So, I finally got a bottle of Gosh Holographic & I must say it is quite lovely, however...I found it very streaky & difficult to apply. It also kinda grabbed & pulled the first layer when trying to apply the second layer, which left some bare spots, so I ended up having to do 3 coats. On top of it being really hard to find & a little expensive, I was disappointed with the amount of holo. I had heard many super amazing reviews for this & so was really excited to get my hands on it, but I feel a little let down. Maybe because I bought it on eBay, so I might have gotten an old bottle that had kinda "gone bad" so to speak, so it wasn't in the best of shape for application. I also found that it chipped super easy, like on the very same day of application, so I was a little sad.
Don't get me wrong, it is a lovely color, but being that I have a huge fascination with holographic polishes & I just don't feel this one in particular is either the right color for me or something just seemed off!
Anyways, I have a few pictures of the polish with a simple art design, I added some random light color lines to give it a little spring color pop. All pictures are taken outside in the sun:

Out of Town/Back in Town (Lots of Pictures)
So last week I went on a Cruise for Valentines, & NO, it wasn't "THAT" cruise line! We were with Royal Caribbean & had a wonderful time in Rotan, Belize & Cozumel. My Hubby did well at the Blackjack tables & was able to pay for the whole trip & even buy my a beautiful Citizen watch I had been eyeing at the stores.
Needless to say I've been absent from my blog all of last week & since I've been back it's been crazy busy at work with piles & piles of paperwork to catch up with that I've barely any time at all. I plan on getting back on track next week, so you will be seeing some more Where in the World posts & other fun stuff.
I leave you with some pictures from our lovely trip:

Bon Voyage, goin' on a CRUISE!
All my bags are packed, I'm leaving today...we are going on a valentines week cruise to Rotan, Belize & Cozumel. So excited!
I'm actually supposed to be walking out the door, so this post will be short. I did a simple nautical theme mani, used OPI my boyfriend scales walls & acrylic paint for the detail.

Valentine's hearts
I will be out of town on a Cruise for Valentine's this year, WOOHOO!!!! So I will not have the usual time to post any romantic nail art on V-day, so I figured I'll post a couple of designs here to get us all in the mood for "L'Amore"!
First, we have some little hearts on top of Butter London Two Fingered Salute:

Secondly, I alternated painting black & white polish, then used pink & black acrylic paint to make this cute design I had found on Pinterest:
